Opening the Umbrella

The Umbrella opens like a common

rain umbrella. Figures 1 – 4

1. Pull open the Velcro

strap that holds the umbrella closed.

 

3. Push the slider up the post and the umbrella will open.

4. The umbrella will lock in place when the metal slider is

pushed over the metal locking tab on the post.

Securing the Umbrella to your Light

NOTE: Set up your light stand and light head in the manner

suggested by your equipments’ manufacturers.

Most light heads, head mounting clamps, and LiteStand mounts

will have a receptacle and locking mechanism for securing the

umbrella in front of the light. Figures 5 – 7

holes for the ribs. When the umbrella is in its orginal or round

shape, each end cap will have one rib inserted. Gently pull

the end-cap from the end of a movable rib.

Adjustable White Umbrella

The ADW Adjustable White Umbrella has a black exterior with a



white interior umbrella in the world.




